Registry Cleaner
When Registry Cleaner runs after Registry Finder in the same PT session, the Registry Cleaner results are shown in the Registry Finder results window.
Duplicate File Finder
When you give the tool more than one directory to "Search in," it only searches the last one in the list. For example, with six directories, it searches the last one six times (according to the message box) and doesn't search the first five at all.

Registry Cleaner, Custom Fix
When you attempt to fix a bad path value in an "Obsolete software entry", it uses the corrected value as the entry name and adds the item to the registry. The original error remains in the registry. Instead of the one error, you now have two.
Registry Cleaner, Bug after using Search words feature
After using a search word in the tool's Search words tab, then removing it in a later run, Registry Cleaner stopped finding anything at all. Apparently, garbage was left in RegCleaner.dat (see below). Removing the sWords item fixed the problem.
