registry cleaner problem

Registry cleaner in jv 16 2006 hangs without message. Installed 2007 (clean) the problem stays. Machine: Dell XPS M170, Windows XP SP2, Office 2007.

I have the same problem. Both the "jv16 2006" and "2007 edition" have the same error. Software doesn't response when I'm trying to use registry cleaner (about 70/80% done .... and the software stops).

...the same problem with the newest 1.7.0.394 version!
