jackwhite I have a couple of registry entires that relate to an After Effects plugin by GenArts. JVPOwertolls (both v1.4 and 2005) say they are removed but when I rescan they reappear. If I try to delete them in Regedit, it says access is denied. I have checked that the keys have full access permissions but still can't delete them. Any ideas? I realise this is maybe a little wider than simply a Powertools query.
blackdex The only thing i can sugest is to try it out in the Windows Safe-Mode. I myself have had some problems with this also with some other programs. And it worked in Safe-Mode. If not, then i realy don't have a sollution atm, sorry.
