What does this mean?

I ran the Reg cleaner and get this message:

Error Description File or directory "C:\WINDOWS\system32\3C90X.ini" does not exist

I never had a problem with my 3Com software before using the reg cleaner and I used my backup to put things back to prior to using the cleaner...but I keep getting this message. Should I hit remove?

What product you are referring to? To the old "RegCleaner" program or to jv16 PowerTools 2006?

The item seems to be an obsolete Uninstall menu item (Add/remove software). You can either delete it or hide it (Right-click > Never show again).
