hey, i hope you're still around BD...
i have another question for you which i also believe is related to the older version of jv16...
i used jv16 on two of my computers and they both are having another common problem - only these two computers are having this problem the others aren't affected which is why i believe its related to jv.
anyways, the problem is that i am not unable to start the routing and remote access service on either of these machines... the service is configured to start automatically but it doesn't. when i try to start the serive manually it starts then stops immediately. if i try it again i get these two errors...

...when i try to start a remote connection either via help and support tools or by using the creat a new connection wizard in network connections they both give an error the routing and remote access was unable to start etc...
if you have an idea as to what i could do to restore RRAS i'd be even more indebted to you!
