As a new user on recommendation from "Windows Secret"of RegSupremePro (unregistered as yet) I am concerned at a strange entry which appears in the installed software.

This is not in the normal Add/Remove and when deleted reappears with little information on size or content.

Please could you explain its purpose?

To what software entry you are referring to? If it only says "781" it seems pretty impossible to say what application has created the entry.

In these cases, you could try to google and find out more about the item. Or, just leave the item alone.
