RegSupreme Pro having problems with Vista

Hello all:

I'm having a strange type of problem with RegSupreme Pro 1.4.0.48 in Vista Ultimate RTM(Build 6000).

No matter what I do, these 156 errors don't get fixed. I've also tried removing them, but to no avail. When I try fixing them, it does its job and I get a confirmation message, too... but when I rescan, it comes up again with those 156 errors. I've even tried in safe mode as well, but without any success.

I get the feeling that RegSupreme Pro isn't 100% functional yet with Vista.

Note: I always run the program as an administrator.

Do you mean you are logged in as the admin when you use the program?

Good, that's the correct way to run it.

Could you please verify with RegEdit that you have full rights to these keys?

Ok... please, refer to the following:

The "Packages" entry doesn't grant the administrator "full control." When, I try to grant "full control" to administrator for "Packages," it doesn't let it(refer to the pic).

In the entry: (HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing....), "full control" rights are only upto...> "CurrentVersion." Nothing beyond that, I guess!

Seems like these items should be left alone. I have already done the changes required to jv16 PowerTools 2007, you can ignore these items by adding the following line to the Ignore List:

Component Based Servicing\Packages

There is a new Beta version for power tools 2007 that seems to have the problem fixed.
