please fix it :

those key shouldnt be reported by JV16, as if I let it remove them, Daemon Tools wont work, and i have to reinstall it

Also, I dont want an installer for a registry cleaner !!! Its ridiculous, i want to clean registry but i have to put some crap in it first ! And i also have to run through all those stupid questions each time (uncheck shorcuts things etc).

Please 7zip version as alternate download.

Its not especially the beta version, its not really a bug, its just those entries should be ignored by default.

What is this bug you tell about? I use Daemon Tools and have not come across any bugs.

These keys will not be reported by PT 2007 starting from the next released version. I'm sorry for not seeing the report earlier.

The installation software of jv16 PowerTools does not add any data to the registry as far as I know. And by the way, most unzip programs also modify the registry (e.g. by updating some MRUs) so it's pretty much impossible to install anything without changing the registry.

But I'll check out 7zip, if it's a free format and there is a program that can create 7zip archives via command line I see no problem why the format shouldn't be supported by us.

Zip and Rar formats were once supported but that's no longer the case since they are not free formats.
