Hello,

I have been a user of JV16 for over 2 years now and wouldn,t be without it.

Unfortunately,several months ago I lost my computer but am now back up and running again. I D/L the Trial version on Nov. 16/06 and E-mailed Macecraft with all my particulars---Order No. and when purchased.I also said that my e-mail address had changed and gave them the original one that I had purchased JV under.

I then E-mailed Macecraft on Nov.21st asking about this??I received a reply on Nov 22 from them saying """Apologies for the Delay"" License will be sent!!I e-mailed Macecraft again Nov 25th letting them know I still had not received my license.

Finally in frustration and anger I have decided to post here in this Forum hoping to reach and obtain some satisfaction.

I wish to point out that I DO NOT have any Spam Blocker program.

Want everyone to know that all is well!!!!!Received my License this morning,but as of right now do not know why there was such a problem.My ISP does not use Spam filters and all other messages requiring license,s with attachments were getting through just fine.

Oh well,feeling better now.

As for the reason why this happens: I have no idea. It us our firm belief that many ISP's filter e-mails, we know this since we always tend to have the same problems with same ISP's.

Not in this case, though. But I'm glad to hear you have now received the license and everything is OK.
