Registry Cleaner - Useless file extension

I have run registry cleaner (latest version) against my machine and it has described a number of file extension entries as Useless. However I'm not sure about this verdict. When I open up the key with regedit it looks like the program defined (associated) with the file extension is defined as a a Key rather than a Value.

My Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mpv\OpenWithList\CTCMSu.exe

It's related to my Creative sound drivers and there are quite a few like this.

Any ideas ?

Try find a file of such extension (or create one by renaming an existing file with the new extension, for this you must have the Always show file extensions of know types setting enabled in Windows) and double-click it. Does anything happen?
