I'm very sorry to hear about the problem. However, our system shows we have sent you the license 3 times already, and replied to your e-mails.
The problem is most likely with your e-mail service provider, we get this kind of problems sometimes. For some reasons some stupid ISP-side spam filters think our license e-mails are spam. After we have sent this "spam" they lock us out entirely, meaning we can't even send you normal e-mail.
If you could give us yet another e-mail address we could try again. You could also contact your e-mail service provider (alice.it) to report the problem also to them.
I noticed your alternative e-mail address is at Yahoo. Have you checked its spam settings and spam e-mail folder?
