Is there any way of adding the time (hours minutes & seconds) to the date entry?

If a program has made changes to my registry and I don't know what they are, then often I want to go searching for them by doing a global search.

Generally, if I install a program and something goes wrong I know within a narrow range of a few minutes when those registry entries were made so I want to limit the search to just this range.

Doing a search over one day is essentially useles as I can have many thousans of changes which are irremevant. Looking in the results is llike looking for a needle in a haystack as there are so many results to examime. Moreover it takes a huge amount of time.

How does one narrow the search not only to a single day but down to hours minutes and even seconds?

It would be better to put this - good idea - in the topic of "PowerTools 2007",

as feature request. There will be more chance to be considerated by the developper himself.

I'm shure, the answer is "No"; as the release of the new version was previewed end of this year.

Hello Jean-Paul,

Ok, I've submitted a new entry in the jv16 PowerTools thread. Also, it is much more detailed, so now I hope someone actually reads the request.

(I must admit I was very surprised when I first discovered there was no function for setting hours, minute or seconds in jv16 PowerTools--seems very strange--as I'd not have thought it would have required that much extra code.)
