the same problem i used to have with early jv16 versions reapered as I switched to win 2k3 (was fixed on xp)
A registry entry related to Daemon is deleted, and it cant load anymore, error message (from daemon) : "no language support detected".
Can it be related to those entries ? :

(i did a regclean, then installed daemon, then regclean again and got those)
I also got this everytime /

(additional mouse cursors have been wiped out of from my drive)
