Hello everybody,
I’m running RegSupreme Pro in trial period and 2 months ago I also tried jv16 and RegSupreme because I’m still evaluating which one I should purchase. Two weeks ago I noticed my touchpad in Acer Travelmate - resp. the scroll button (middle one) doesn’t work (but it can also be 2 months ago since I don’t use it so much at home). I tried to update the driver, but I already have the fresh one installed. Anyway some change happened because after reboot it started to work again but RegSupreme Pro shows me error:
HKLM\Software\Synaptics\SynTPPlugIns\SynTP\
Start
File:”C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh” doesn’t exist
But it does exist, it’s right in there. When I run FIX, after reboot the scroll button doesn’t work again, of course. Then I don’t have any errors, but I must produce the one above (messing with driver and reboot) to make my button work again. Otherwise everything seems to work fine. I can live with that error when everything’s working fine, but it’s kinda odd. What would you advice? Anyway in 20 day I’m ready to purchase the license.
Thanks, Richard Kaderabek, Czech Republic.
P.S. Kaspersky AV (proactive defence) once evaluated Synaptics to be Invader and by mistake I let KAV treat it (eliminate) But now it’s in Trusted zone so Synaptics shouldn’t be affected.
