Did you tryed if you can remove them your self?
Becouse i have some of those files also still in it after the scan/removal.
But i can't remove them through the explorer also.
That means that those files ar locked and/or in use.
I Have tryed it, and it removes the files which arn't locked or which are in use.
Also you can try the following litle tool.
It can show wich application/procses is using the file.
