RegSupreme Pro involuntary shutdown?

Just purchased RegSupreme Pro, ran the registry cleaner - started to evaluate the registry entries; after an hour had elapsed, the program closed of its own accord - it's happened 4 times now and am wary of proceeding further since I would have to start all over once more by examining the registry anew. Is there a time limit function (if the program remains idle) and, if so, can it be disabled? Running a XP Pro system SP2 updated, 2 GIG RAM w/ ample hard drive space.

I can't give you a great help, but for sure, there is no time limit at this point.

For the problem of shutdown, I hope "jv16" ( the developper) will come along to give you a hint. If not you should contact the Macecraft support by using the following address:

Could you please try to download the product again and re-install it.

What anti-virus product do you use? As jepe said, there is no such time limit, if the program shuts down automatically like that there must be something wrong somewhere.

Will try and see if reinstallation solves the problem; using McAfee AV Corporate Edition.
