Regsupreme update 1.4.0.46 just found 2,848 problems

I recently ran 2 other registry repair progs and they each found the usual 6-20 problems. Not long after, ran RegSupreme 1.4.0.45 and it found 2,848 problems. So I checked for update 1.4.0.46, installed it and same amount of problems arose. This is the first time in over 10 years that any registry fixer had anywhere near this amount. And I've used most popular registry progs over the years. Anybody have any possibilities as to why this is happening. I ran 1.4.0.45 a couple of months ago and same problem, but just shutdown prog and left it alone until now.

In which mode did you run it: normal or aggressive?

If you choosed aggressive, all those "UserAssist ... HRZR_" entries are searched for and listed for fixing/removing.

Those entries may run to several hundreds/thousands :

Principally they can be removed, but if you remove the "UserAssist(75)" entries you will loose your Most Frequently Used Programs List in your Start Menu.

Removing all the UserAssits entries may break your Personalized Start Menu items.
