"All Programs" menu gone after RegSupreme 1.4RC3

I ran this program with "Aggressive" scan mode and it only caused a ton of problems:

1) Many programs won't open, citing DLL errors.

2) My "All Programs" menu is now completely blank. Mousing over "All Programs" in the start menu reveals nothing. No menu pops up, nothing. This happens for all users.

3) Restoring the backup solved problem 1, but my "All Programs" menu is still non-existent.

How can I fix what this program has apparently broken?

Installed RC 3 over RC 2- no installation issues.

First Run:

With Normal Scan - identified 31 issues.

With Aggressive scan - identified 310 issues. Scan took 44 seconds.

Closed program to proceed to other duties.

Second run: five hours later

With Normal Scan - identified 69 issues. Scan took 20 seconds

With Aggressive scan - identified 605 invalid items found. Scan took 44 seconds.

Third run: was identical to second run.
