When I first installed jv16 2005 these were my most used tools. Initially I found that to get Cookie Manager to open, I had to log off and logon. This was the only way I could get around the "You must close your browser" message. The about a week ago that failed to work. I tried rebooting. I opened Task Manager but the only program running was my Zone Alarm firewall. I closed the <iexplorer.exe> process, but still got the "close your browser window". Then I thought maybe the jv16 program was corrupted. I uninstalled jv16 2005 and downloaded and installed jv16 2006. I still cannot open Cookie Manager. In addition, now if I open File Cleaner, it says it is finding files for about 30 seconds. Then it says it is done, but not one file is listed. Normally it would list 30 to 40. (I never removed all of them). The Register Cleaner seems to work ok. In fact better than it did in the previous version.
