Can the makers of JV16 guarantee 100% that the automatic removal system will never damage any part of the windows xp operating system.
No product, whether it is a car, a washing machine or a computer software can ever be 100% safe. That applies to jv16 PowerTools, to RegSupreme and to all competitive product.
On the other hand, we do have a 30 day refund policy. If you are not happy with our products, let us know within 30 days and we will send you your money back. Most companies can't even offer that.
Since all products have problems and faults, I would recommend everyone to compare companies on how they react to the detected problems. I.e. do they try to cover it up or fix the problem as soon as possible?

This is exactly what the MVP's (microsoft experts) on the official microsoft windows xp website say. This is the kind of reassurance I am looking for.
I do share his opinion. Ever since the marketing men found spyware and the other ware's the markets have been flooded with zero-quality products.
Unfortuanately some are also trying to make money with the hype and making low-quality registry cleaners. Just type "free registry scan" to a search engine and you'll see what I mean. Not that all of them are low-quality, of course.
We get e-mail about these products all the time, people who have spent $30-$40 to a registry cleaner that doesn't really do anything. Bells and whistles but no real results. The reason they send their comments to us is because they have then tried our products and seen the difference.

Can some of the manufacturers come here and say in all their tests they've never seen JV16 do any damage to any windows xp installation and that they have never recieved genuine complaints about this.
I can't remember any case in which running our products' registry cleaner would have caused any serious damage.
Some users have had to re-install Windows but in 99% of these cases the problem would have been fixed by simply restoring the backup the product created.
I would like to highlight that the vast majority of all comments and feedback we get is positive or constructive criticism. It's very rare to hear who wouldn't like our products or who have had problems with our products.
