Problem with license.xbin

I have my license resent, after I have lost my old one.

Problem is that I cant get JV 16, to accept the file.

I have tried to save to my desktop and used autofind. No luck.

Getting an errorreading, saying that there is no file to find.

I have tried to save the file in to the settingsfolder. No luck.

No changes from trialversion to licensed verion is happening.

Any idea why.

I was able to locate your order based on the e-mail address you used to register to this discussion forum.

The problem is that you have purchased jv16 PowerTools 1.4.1, not jv16 PowerTools 2006 (or 2005). The 1.4.1's license doesn't work with the new version since they are two different products.

But, you could purchase a license for v16 PowerTools 2006 would only cost $5.95 (via our online store's jv16 PowerTools 2006 1.4.1 upgrade)

My misunderstanding. :

So what you are telling me, is that I should download ver. 1.4.1 and then it would work.

I was not aware off this.

I will try that.
