If you are browsing through a list with mouse clicks and after a while decide to use the down arrow key, ... Surprise! -- the first time you use it, it doesn't act like the down arrow, but like the Home key! That is, it jumps to the first line in the list.
If you later use the mouse to do something in the list, then switch back to the down arrow, it happens again!
This behavior was observed in Software Manager, Startup Manager, Registry Manager, and Registry Cleaner. It possibly happens in other tool lists as well ...
The up arrow also has strange behavior in this scenario. The first time you use it after previously using the mouse, it does nothing at all!
If you then use the down arrow, which jumps to the top, both arrow keys thereafter behave themselves (until the next time you use the mouse in the list).
