I can't defrag after a PT scan

Hi all,

After an aggressive scan I get a DfgNtfs.exe error when I try to defrag the C hard disk. There is no problem with the other D hard disk. Any suggestions ? is there anything you know that I must not delete ? Anything I can insert in the exclusion list ? After the backup restore defrag works fine.

In the Backup Tool, click on the applicable backup line. Then use the right click menu to "show backed up registry entries."

Search the resulting notepad file for "dfrg" -- if anything is found, it could be the problem.

If not, you could examine the file for "something suspicious" -- don't know what that would be since I have not had such a problem.
