Are all of these new errors found from HKEY_CURRENT_USER or HKEY_USERS keys? If yes, this is normal.
I found a bug from the registry cleaner engine that caused one type of registry errors not to be listed at all. A very interesting detail is that almost every single other registry cleaner misses these items too, therefore the errors could have been in your registry for quite a while.
