on my Win98SE machine the bug has not yet fixed. I tried to install rel 1.5.2.338 in the same dir of the previous 1.5.1.311 one and I had a paging error two times on chosing my italian language. So, I deleted the 1.5.1.311 and rerun. Then I installed the 1.5.2.338, I excluded its dir and files with extension {1} from the NOD32 Amon module scanning and rerun. Then I run JV16 rel 338. Its menù taked 52" to appeare, 10" after it disappeared and soon reappeared as an icon. No way to Restore this icon but only to Close it. I tried also to exclude all dirs and files written from the JV16 rel 338 on its log. Same behavior.
On the contrary, no problem if I eclude Local disk from the NOD32 Amon module scanning.
Waiting for someone will fix the remaining 20% of bug
