File Organizer is confused

File Organizer does not create the proposed directory structure, and, as a result, drops files.

Does this happen every time you try it? I created an exactly identical group of files and tried to organize them but it works every time.

Happens every time. Maybe I should select a different set of files?

The set was 14 subdirectories copied out of the PT Backup folder. My only criteria were that the size and the number of files be smallish.

Could you again zip the files and send to files@macecraft.com? I don't seem to be able to reproduce the problem in other ways, I'm afraid.

The directories and files are as shown in the screenshots above, but grouped in a directory called fot.foo and zipped from the root.

Thank you for sending the file, the bug is now fixed.

It took so long time to fix the problem because the problem was located deep inside the very design of the tool, not simply in the implementation (as bugs usually are).

I had to redesign and recode the whole feature in order to fix the problem, but I'm very glad to say it's finally fixed and working better than ever.

The next released version will contain the fix.
