I did not get my license key for Jv 16 power tool yet

I bought the Jv 16 Power Tools on April 17th 2006. I bought an online version and paid $30.

However, the macecraft did not send any email regarding the confirmation of my order and also i did not get my license key yet. So i am unable to download the version because i dont have the license key. It has been 1 week and no one from macecraft has contacted me yet.

I sent 2 emails regarding this and still no reply. I checked my credit card bill and macecraft has credited money from my account but they have not sent any email and no license key and hence i am unable to download the full version.

Please, the administrator or someone, tell me what i should do.

I dont have an order number as well as i thought they will send me an email about it, so i did not write it down the time when i bought the online version.

Hello dear ananda,

You can download all Macecraft software and use it, as Trial, 30 days without a license.

For your problems about missing license, did you contact sales@macecraft.com ?

Yes, I emailed sales@macecraft.com and also sent an email to the other contact us email. Yes, i used the 30 day trial and decided to buy after that.

But, the macecraft did not send me any response or license key. I dont know what to do?

Well, this is very strange and absolutly anormal for the service of Macecraft.

If you did also try support@macecraft.com with no response, the only thing for the moment will be to be patient till tomorrow or thuesday.

Because Jouni, the developper, is coming regularly to this forum and he could tell you what to do exactly.

A reply via e-mail was sent to you on 23rd of April at 17 GMT+2 time containing your license key zipped. If you didn't receive the e-mail nor the original e-mails containing the license then please check your e-mail, anti-spam etc settings and/or provide us an alternative e-mail address.
