version update 1.5.2.336

I updated to PT 2006 version 1.5.2.336. PT 2006 has been running perfect and now it will only list 10 errors out of 96 on the GUI in regcleaner. Never had any trouble before the update. I did the uninstall and reinstall but it didnt help. I am running a dell XPs 400- pentium D 820-1 gig ram and so on. Before this update the program was awesome. Is this a bug?? If now I need help. nothing has changed with the computer configuration since the update.
