Recently used files - Rgistry Cleaner cleared from all apps!

Not fatal, obviously, but very, very annoying. Is that normal?

I just used the standard level of aggression, but chose to fix everything. All the ones I looked at were simply missing files. Since there were hundreds, I clearly did not examine each and every one.

OK, thanks -- getting a little education, I suppose.

But... I restored all, then reran cleanup with MRU unchecked, rebooted, and all that did was restore the MRU state to after the first cleanup and a little work in some apps. Was I supposed to reboot after restoring and before the rerun of cleanup?

NBD... I'll be more careful next time.

I'm not sure I understand this topic. Please enlighten me ...

1. When Registry Cleaner lists "Recent Files," the file names no longer exist. How does it hurt to remove (or fix) these?

2. Why reboot?
