I purchased JV16 Power Tools 2005 version earlier this year and use its registry cleaner after uninstalling applications. However I have found that the cleaner leaves pieces of the uninstalled application in the registry. I found these pieces of the uninstalled app using the Find command in Regedit and looking fo rthe name of the application.
Does one have to use the JV16 registry cleaner as well as the Registry Finder to search for every string that a software developer may have used to install their product to insert keys into the registry?
