Cookie Manager -- function is sufficient imho
-- User Cookie folder=23 IE cookies
-- Firefox cookie "trees"=53
First run:
-- Start PT 2006
-- Call CM
-- Keep=16 (6 FF, 10 IE), Remove=64 (49 FF, 15 IE)
-- Start -- message: 64 removed
-- Close CM
-- Backup shows 13 files (IE cookies) & 101 FF cookies
-- Close PT
-- User Cookie folder=10 IE cookies
-- Firefox "trees"=5/11 + 4/8 (rss)

Second run:
-- Start PT 2006
-- Call CM
-- Keep=16 (6 FF, 10 IE), Remove=7 (5 FF, 2 IE)
-- Note: context menu move to Unknown does not work correctly
-- Start -- message: 7 removed
-- Close CM
-- Backup shows 0 files (IE cookies) & 8 FF cookies
-- User Cookie folder=10 IE cookies
-- Firefox "trees"=5/11 + 4/8 (rss)
-- Restored first run backup

Third run:
-- Call CM
-- Keep=16 (6 FF, 10 IE), Remove=51 (49 FF, 2 IE)
-- Backup restored the FF items but not all the IE items
-- Start -- message: 51 removed
-- Close CM
-- Backup shows 0 files (IE cookies) & 109 FF cookies
-- User Cookie folder=23 IE cookies (apparently the IE cookies were restored, but not picked up by CM).
-- Firefox "trees"=5/11

Conclusion: Though not perfect, function is sufficient unless the user wants to rigorously "control" every cookie.
