The bottom line in the screenshot will not select with a left click on the checkbox. A right click does it. This occurs regardless of its position in the list.
The problem does not occur if the first thing you do is left click the two checkboxes. If you first click elsewhere on either one of the two lines, it activates the behavior for that line.
Settings are full row select --- False, full row unselect --- True
If you unselect the top line and use right click to select the bottom line, the problem switches to the top line.
The problem is repeatable in separate RC scans.
