ACI & Mercury

I have the trial version. I am not a tekky but I figured out that files from appraisal software companies ACI/ & Ala Mode (mercury/) software were removed rendering the part of ACI that uploads files unworkable.

I guess I should have read the 200 lines that were being removed.

I hope you requested backup (the default I think).

If backup occurred, you can restore the 200 lines.

In the main PT 2005 window, click Files, select Backup tool, and go from there (select the backup instance line and use the right click context menu).

And for the next Registry Cleaner run, you may enter in the Options-window under "Ignore words" common words of the incriminated keys. By this way they want be listed anymore.

Also if you restore by the created Backup's you can give a feedback to Macecraft and this will help to improve the Registry Cleaner.

Thanks for your replies. I have restored the last 3 cleans & it still doesn't work. I am getting shy about restoring more & think I will buy a reinstall from ACI @ $75.

You might want to try the Backup tool option "Show backed up registry entries" on the Description lines. Maybe you will spot the clean that references ACI.
