Won't display maximized?

I didn't touch 2006 (was using 2005) until its final release a couple of days ago, so this might have been already covered in the beta discussions.

Unlike 2005, 2006 apparently can't be maximized (or otherwise re-sized) on-screen -- looks like a java or javascript "window". Is this intentional, or am I missing something in its setup?

Running at 800x600 under Win XP (home), if that's relevant.

You can drag resize the main PT window in both 2005 and 2006. There's no setup.

The maximize button is greyed out in versions I downloaded after 21 Feb 06.

Intentional? Do not know; may be, since it has no real point.

This is by design. One major download site gives points to the software they list. One criteria is the ability to maximize the windows - If the window has a working maximize icon on the top right corner but maximizing the window doesn't seem logical they give you less points for usability.

That's why the maximize button is now disabled.
