Delays in technical support

Stressed overworked businessman

We are currently experiencing some delay with our technical support. All tickets will be answered but there can be some delay. At the moment the answer time is about 24 hours.

Duplicate tickets are slowing down our work. If you have sent us a support ticket, please do not create a new, duplicate one. That will only make the response times slower for everyone else.

If you have purchased jv16 PowerTools 2012 but haven´t yet received your license, please download the trial version of the software and use the Help menu > Download my license feature to download your license. The feature is available in the latest build of the program (2.1.0.1139)
